In order to offer you this service, Artropod launched in 2012 in the realization of a work methodology called PrototypeZero. This was developed over a period of 2 years. Then for the purpose of validation, we applied this method to a first project. Scientific research, development, innovation in the field of entomology (study of insects). This allowed us in January 2020 the official filing of a patent related to the conservation of insects and thus validate our method.
Our goal is to help people realize their ideas or plans, in the form of a concrete project, by making their first functional prototype (Protype0) themselves.
Work methodology, called PrototypeZero.
Prototype0 is a functional prototype made from certain recycled, transformed or reused components. Allowing the participant to prepare for the production of an industrial prototype (marketable functional Prototype1) without paying extravagant prices for its construction. During the realization of his prototype, the participant develops his technical and scientific or artistic skills and perfects and improves his manual and technical skills. From the moment the participant accepts the internal modalities of Artropod and initiates his project, his ideas, his plans… belong to him and he is solely responsible for the success undertaken. The energy and work necessary for the realization of Protype0 depends on the personal investment of the participant in his project. In any project there are ideas, but these remain ideas if they are not realized.
On the other hand, Artropod keeps, unless otherwise specified, an archive of projects undertaken by the participant even when a project is unfortunately abandoned. Artropod gives the possibility to come back to your project in the future and recover the work already invested (Future IT Platform Project.) When it is in service, it will allow the participant to follow up on his project and stay informed about advancements in the community. Artropod makes available certain equipment, tools, materials or raw materials recovered, transformed or reused and makes certain purchases at the request of the participant. And according to the schedule established by the participant, prepare technical workshops relating to the client’s needs and refer, if necessary, to more qualified people or to services better suited to the participant.
